Reviewing Flagged Sources / Flagged Sources

Flagged Sources

Sources flagged for review during ingestion will appear here. You can approve or reject flagged content before it becomes part of your documentation.

Accessing Flagged Sources

  1. Navigate to your project from the main dashboard
  2. In the project sidebar, locate and click Flagged Sources
  3. The flagged sources page will display any content that requires your review

Understanding the Flagged Sources Interface

When you access the Flagged Sources page, you'll see:

  • Explanatory text describing the purpose of the flagged sources queue
  • A list of flagged content (when sources require review)
  • An empty state message when no sources are flagged: "No flagged or errored sources."

When Sources Are Flagged

Content may be flagged during the ingestion process when the system identifies:

  • Sources requiring manual approval
  • Content that encountered processing errors
  • Documents that need review before becoming part of your documentation

Reviewing and Managing Flagged Sources

When flagged sources appear in the queue, you can:

  1. Review the content to understand why it was flagged
  2. Approve the source to include it in your project documentation
  3. Reject the source to exclude it from your documentation

Once you approve or reject a flagged source, it will be removed from this queue and processed according to your decision.

Empty State

If you see the message "No flagged or errored sources," your project currently has no content requiring review. All sources have either been:

  • Automatically approved during ingestion
  • Previously reviewed and approved/rejected by an admin
  • Successfully processed without flags or errors
