Usage

The Usage Dashboard provides real-time tracking of your consumption against plan limits. This helps you monitor resource usage and plan for upgrades before hitting capacity.

Accessing the Usage Dashboard

From the Billing > Plan page, scroll to the Usage section to view all consumption metrics.

Understanding Usage Metrics

Your usage is organized into account-level and project-level resources:

Account-Level Resources

Projects: Total number of projects you've created vs. your plan limit

  • Example: 2 / 6 means you're using 2 of 6 available project slots

Chat Messages: Total chat messages consumed vs. monthly quota

  • This counter resets at the start of each billing cycle
  • Example: 0 / 5000 means you haven't used any of your 5,000 monthly messages

Per-Project Resources

Versions (per project): Number of versions created for each project vs. plan limit

  • Each project displays separately with its own progress bar
  • Example: 1 / 4 means the project has 1 version out of 4 allowed

Source References (per version): Number of source references added to each version

  • Organized by project and version name
  • Example: 17 / 400 means that version has 17 source references out of 400 allowed

Monitoring Your Usage

Progress bars provide visual indicators of consumption:

  • Green/filled sections show used capacity
  • Gray/empty sections show remaining capacity

When you approach plan limits, consider upgrading to a higher tier to avoid service interruptions.

Next step: Compare Plans to see upgrade options if you're approaching capacity.
