Compare Plans

The Compare Plans table shows all available Zero Docs subscription tiers side-by-side, making it easy to evaluate upgrade or downgrade options based on your resource needs.

Accessing Plan Comparison

From Billing > Plan, scroll to the Compare Plans section. The table displays all six tiers with your current plan highlighted.

Understanding the Comparison Table

Plan: Subscription tier name

  • Your current plan is labeled with "(current)"

Price: Monthly recurring cost

  • All paid plans bill monthly
  • Free tier has no cost

Projects: Maximum number of projects you can create

Versions: Maximum versions allowed per project

Source Refs / ver: Maximum source references per version

Messages: Monthly chat message quota

  • Resets at the start of each billing cycle

Action Column:

  • Upgrade: Click to switch to a higher tier
  • Downgrade: Click to switch to a lower tier
  • Current: Indicates your active plan (no action available)

Changing Your Plan

  1. Click Upgrade or Downgrade next to the desired plan
  2. Review the subscription confirmation modal
  3. If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Have a discount code?" field and click Apply
  4. Click Subscribe to confirm the change
  5. Confirm the final action in the confirmation dialog

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your current paid plan:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Compare Plans section
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation in the dialog

Note: Canceling your subscription will downgrade you to the Free tier at the end of your current billing cycle.
