Notification Preferences
Zero Docs sends email notifications for key events in your project lifecycle. You can control which notifications you receive from the Notifications settings page.
Accessing Notification Preferences
- Navigate to the sidebar and expand the Settings section
- Click Notifications
- You'll see the notification preferences table with available notification types
Available Notifications
Zero Docs supports three types of email notifications:

Crawl Complete
Notifies you when a source crawl has finished processing. This includes web crawls, app crawls, and other automated source ingestion tasks.
Task Failed
Alerts you when a processing task encounters an error or fails to complete. This helps you quickly identify and troubleshoot issues with source ingestion or analysis.
Analysis Ready
Notifies you when knowledge analysis has completed and your documentation or chat agent has been updated with new information.
Configuring Notifications
- Check or uncheck the boxes in the Email column to enable or disable specific notifications
- Click Save Preferences to persist your changes
- Your notification settings will take effect immediately for all future events
