Load Knowledge
Before connecting your Discord bot, you need to populate your Zero Docs knowledge base with the content your team needs to access.
Step 1: Add Your Content
Zero Docs supports multiple knowledge source types to build a comprehensive knowledge base:
- Team knowledge — App screens, marketing pages, compliance and training docs, employee tutorials, technical reference, and more
- Document uploads — Any documents that help understand your project
- Authenticated pages — Crawl pages behind login using the official Chrome extension
