Slack Integration
Zero Docs allows you to connect your custom knowledge agent to Slack with a one-click integration. Once connected, your team can interact with the same AI-powered knowledge base that powers your web chat widget — directly in Slack via direct messages or @mentions in channels.
How It Works
The Slack integration brings your project's chat agent into your team's workspace. Users can ask questions, get help with compliance, access technical references, or look up product information without leaving Slack. The bot responds using the same knowledge base you've configured for your project.

Setup Overview
Setting up the Slack integration is a two-step process:
- Load knowledge — Add your team's content (app screens, marketing pages, compliance docs, employee tutorials, technical references) to your Zero Docs project
- Connect Slack — Use the one-click "Add to Slack" button to authorize the bot in your workspace
Once connected, team members can @mention the bot in channels or send it direct messages to get instant answers.
